If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from our facility, cancellations are no longer possible, and the purchase becomes final. We do not provide refunds for orders cancelled after shipment, and we are unable to recall or reverse orders that are already in transit.
In the rare situation where an incorrect product is shipped due to an error on our part, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos of the received item so that we can review the case. Decisions in such exceptional cases will be made at the sole discretion of Bavas Collections, but this does not guarantee replacement or refund unless confirmed in writing by our team.
